Salon Policies

Guarantee

• Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 days; acrylic, BIAB, dipping powder and enhancement services are guaranteed for 7 days.
• If chipping or lifting occurs within the guarantee period, please contact us to arrange a free repair using the original colour and service.
• Repairs after the guarantee period, including breakages or corner breaks, will be charged.
• Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given after a service has been completed.
• If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff before payment so adjustments can be made.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed.

Children Policy

For safety and comfort reasons, children aged 1–6years are not permitted in the salon during treatments.

• Young children may cause noise, damage, or disruption, which can affect our technicians and other clients’ experience.
• We kindly ask clients to arrange childcare prior to their appointment.

Surveillance

For safety and security purposes, our premises are monitored by digital video surveillance.
